Mr. Shyam Agarwal has over two decades experience in the paper industry. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Reliance Paper Mills P. Ltd. Through his expertise, Reliance Paper Mills P. Ltd has become Nepal’s largest paper manufacturing facility. Mr. Shyam Agarwal is also an expert in various manufacturing and trading markets such as aluminium, plywood, and rice mills.

He is a member of the Rotary Club of Siddhartha Nagar and was the president of the club in 2014-2015. Mr. Agarwal has been conferred with John Harris Fellow Award for his work in the club. Between 2011 and 2012, Mr. Agarwal was a Board member of Siddhartha Nagar Chamber of Commerce and Industries (SNCCI).
